The Best Machines for the Job

At Laserworx Manufacturing, we use a variety of Amada CNC press brakes that allow us to form up to 10ft long sheet metal up to 0.25” thick! We also use a custom CNC tube cutting machine that can cut & etch up to 15” round tubes up to 20ft long. We have several press brakes ranging from various tonnages used to form sheet metal into simple or complex shapes every day.

Our Mitsubishi 4013 is a 40-ton all-electric press brake that is used for most applications under 50” in length and less than ¼” in sheet thickness. This machine is extremely fast and precise, which allows us to form with them very quickly.

Our Amada RG80 allows us to bend up to 9’ in length and up to a 3/8” sheet thickness.

Utilizing the newest technology of an Amada Fiber Laser & several CNC press brakes, we can process sheet metal at a very high rate of speed with precision accuracy, resulting in maximum cost efficiency. Hardware insertion, metal finishing, deburring, and graining are all additional processes we incorporate into our sheet metal parts. Along with our state-of-the-art equipment, we use the latest & best Sygmanest software to maximize a sheet of material and increased processing speeds which ultimately cuts down lead times & cost.
